Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.

Q. How to register?
You are require to fill in information with * and feel free to choose the rest.
By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
Customer who wish to register as dealer please select Dealer at the Business Type selection and fill in your Company Registration Number at *Company ID. Dealer account registration will be subject to approval by Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd. Otherwise, Consumer account registration does not require approval from Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd thus effective immediately.

Q. Do i need to register a PayPal account to buy?
No. Signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. If you do not have a PayPal account, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to complete payment as guest. See below picture for your reference.
Q. Do you accept cash payment?
No. Only credit card or debit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds) via Paypal.
East Malaysia Surcharge is 5% additional markup on product price to East Malaysia.

Q. Can customer check out at zero cost?
Customer cannot successfully check out in cases where their total cost is RM0. Hence, admin will automatically delete / cancel the order and email customer to inform them to place order with other purchases.

Free shipping within Malaysia.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will take about 5 – 7 days for West Malaysia, 7 – 9 days for East Malaysia.
Q. Shipping method?
We use GDex, Skynet, or Postlaju.
Q. Can customer choose their preferable shipping method from the above listed courier services?
No. Goods is arrange to send out from warehouse distances away from KL & due to many reasons it is not convenient for self collection. We offer free delivery to entire Malaysia, please wait patiently for your parcel to arrive.
Warranty Repair / Calibration Services
Q: How to claim warranty?
Customer are require to send back the product they wish to repair together with its warranty card (except for customer who did product warranty registration online). We follow strict repair policy set by Rossmax Factory. Our Biomedical Engineer would check the validity of the warranty from our database. After verifying the warranty period is valid, our Biomedical Engineer would repair the meter and in rare instances if the meter could not be repaired, our Biomedical Engineer would recommend a new unit to be replaced at no cost. If the old model is no longer available, our company would replace other equivalent model or alternatively a higher specification model as a new replacement. Warranty will be void and no replacement in cases of any kind of alternation and user faulty / misuse on the product. Batteries and wear & tear parts are not included. Opening or altering the instrument invalidates the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage, accidents or non-compliance with the instruction manual. Q: Where to send for warranty claim / repair?

Q: Estimate how long it takes to repair?

Q: How to claim after warranty?
If the warranty period has expired, we shall charge a labour cost including accuracy check on Blood Pressure Monitor (except for Free Lifetime Calibration Home Blood Pressure Monitor), Thermometer and Nebulizer. Our Biomedical Engineer would check with the customer regarding the cost of parts if required before repairing the meter.
Q: How reliable is Rossmax Authorised Service Centre?
All of Rossmax Accuracy, Testing and Calibration Devices (such as Rossmax Calpro & Rossmax Cal-Easy -For BPM meter, Rossmax Thermocal -For all types of Fever Thermometers, Rossmax Neb Tester -For Compressor Nebulizers) are certified by SIRIM to meet the Malaysia Standards MS 2058 edition: 2009 Code of Practise for Good Engineering Maintenance, Management of Active Medical Devices. Our company Standard Operating Procedures and Repair Services are audited by MedCert , a German auditing firm base in Malaysia. Our Biomedical Engineer are trained and Cypress Medic is authorised to repair and service Rossmax meters in Malaysia.
Q: How often does customer need to send Rossmax BPM meters for accuracy check & calibration?
Accuracy check is required after every 2,000 measurements or 2 years (whichever is earlier) or when customer suspect the unit is no longer accurate. The meter which can be calibrated would exhibit "CA" to indicate a calibration reminder to the users to send for service. Some basic Rossmax BPM meters cannot be calibrated and can be checked for accuracy only. Please look for the word "free lifetime calibration" on the box which model of BPM can be calibrated. The free lifetime calibration service (free lifetime labour cost) is available at Cypress Medic as long as your personal Home BPM meter is still in good condition even though the 5 years warranty period has expired.
Q: Can we send other brand products for accuracy check and calibration?
Every manufacturer have their own measurement algorithm and performances. Therefore, we can only perform accuracy and calibration services on our Rossmax products only.
Q: How often does customer need to send Rossmax Thermometers for accuracy check?
Once a year or whenever the customer feels the measurement is no longer accurate.

Q: Rossmax Probe Cover for Thermometer is very thin. Can we reuse it?
Rossmax Probe Cover serves as a protection barrier between the Thermometer and Ear. It is thinly design so that the Thermometer is able to contact closely to your Ear temperature and precisely extract temperature reading. It is for hygiene and safety regulation purpose that a single Prove Cover is for 1 time usage only. Hence for this reason it is not made thick to encourage reuse or cleaning in a way to avoid possibilities of any infections to be spread from one individual to another. Cleaning it with alcohol may risk the thin plastic material to fold or tear.
Q: Why the same person has different temperature readings when using with non-contact thermometer, ear thermometer or pencil thermometer?
Body temperature varies at different parts of the body. Oral temperatures, which are the most convenient type of temperature measurement, is at 37.0 °C and this is the accepted standard temperature for the normal core body temperature. Axillary temperatures are the external measurement taken in the armpit or between two folds of skin on the body. This is the longest and most inaccurate way of measuring body temperature, the normal temperature falls at 36.4 °C. Rectal temperatures are an internal measurement taken in the rectum, which fall at 37.6 °C and it is the least time consuming and most accurate type of body temperature measurement, being an internal measurement. Q: How to use Rossmax thermometers accurately?
Place the thermometer sensors facing or placing at the correct position and read the instruction manual thoroughly before use. For ear thermometer, customer is encouraged to use continuous scanning mode to check the normal temperature.
Q: Can DK Cuff or Pro Cuff be use on other Blood Pressure Monitor model?
DK Cuff can only be use with model AC701K Blood Pressure Monitor, while Pro Cuff can only be use with model AC1000F Blood Pressure Monitor.
Refund / Return / Exchange
Q: Are the goods returnable after purchase?
Goods sold are strictly non-returnable. In rare instances, we allow for the goods to be exchanged if the product is found to be faulty. Please contact us before sending back the faulty unit.
Q: Are payment refundable?
Payment done are strictly non-refundable. In rare circumstances where we run out of physical stock for certain product, we will make a payment refund of that particular product to customer bank account.
